Before you book

Nothing here is meant to be strict for the sake of it — it just keeps appointments running on time for everyone.

Deposits

A deposit secures your slot and comes off the final price. It's non-refundable but transferable if you give notice.

Lateness

There's a short grace period. Beyond that the appointment may need rescheduling, as the next client is already booked.

Rescheduling

Let me know as early as you can and we'll move it. Same-day changes may need a fresh deposit.

Your hair

Bring your unit washed and detangled where possible. Prep work on the day may add time and cost.

Full policy is confirmed when you book.
